Patresa McGown joined the Goodwill Houston Team in July 2023, beginning her career as a temporary Human Resources team member. Drawn to Goodwill's mission of transforming lives through the power of work, she quickly demonstrated her passion for helping others and earned the opportunity to become a permanent member of the organization.

Before joining Goodwill, Patresa built a diverse career centered on serving others, with experience in elementary school administration, senior care management, church administration, staffing, and human resources. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a commitment to connecting people with opportunities that improve their lives.

When the opportunity to join Goodwill Talent Solutions (GTS) as an Employment Specialist became available, Patresa enthusiastically embraced the role. Today, she serves as the State Contract Manager, overseeing recruitment and workforce solutions for multiple state agencies while partnering with employers and job seekers to create meaningful employment opportunities. She is passionate about building strong client relationships, supporting hiring managers, and helping individuals overcome employment barriers to achieve long-term success.

Patresa is dedicated to living out Goodwill Houston's mission every day by connecting people to opportunities that advance the future of work and make a lasting impact in the community.

Rachel Bregenzer is the Administrative Supervisor for Goodwill Talent Solutions, where she oversees payroll, billing, operational processes, and administrative functions that support employment services across the Greater Houston area. With a strong background in operations, process improvement, and organizational leadership, she is passionate about creating efficient systems that support both employers and job seekers.

Rachel plays an integral role in expanding Goodwill Talent Solutions' partnerships with public and private sector employers, helping businesses connect with qualified talent while supporting Goodwill's mission of strengthening the community through the power of work. She is committed to building collaborative relationships that create value for employers and meaningful opportunities for individuals.

A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Rachel brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, organizational leadership, and a heart for service to every aspect of her work. She believes that strong partnerships and innovative solutions can create lasting benefits for businesses, individuals, and the communities they serve.

Marysa Conrad is a senior talent solutions leader with a proven track record across the Houston market. At GTS, Goodwill of Houston's professional staffing division, she partners with businesses across a wide range of industries to build strong, high performing teams.

While she brings deep expertise in IT and finance staffing, her work today spans far beyond those areas, reflecting a broad, adaptable approach to connecting companies with the right talent.

Marysa's background includes years of experience in technical recruiting, business development, and account management, giving her a well rounded understanding of both the client and candidate side of hiring. She has built her career on listening closely to what a company actually needs and translating it into a hiring strategy that delivers real results.

Annie Giang is the Talent Solutions Recruiter for Goodwill Talent Solutions (GTS), a division of Goodwill Houston. She brings years of full-cycle recruiting and account management experience, with a strong track record, placing talent across a wide range of industries, including IT, healthcare, legal, accounting, finance, aviation, and manufacturing. Beyond these areas, Annie is always open to placing candidates across all industries, continually growing her expertise to meet the evolving needs of Houston employers.

Annie believes successful recruiting starts with listening, understanding each client's unique needs, and taking a thoughtful, consultative approach to every search. She works closely with employers to strengthen their hiring strategies, while helping job seekers find careers that are a meaningful fit. Annie takes pride in doing the work thoroughly, staying close to every step of the process, and building relationships that last well beyond a single placement.

Annie earned her Master in Business Administration and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active through workouts, Pilates, and yoga, traveling, and discovering new restaurants.

Aryana Burgos serves as the Business Development Manager for Goodwill Talent Solutions (GTS), where she develops and strengthens strategic partnerships with employers across the Greater Houston area. With expertise in business development, workforce solutions, and relationship management, she is passionate about connecting businesses with qualified talent while creating meaningful employment opportunities for job seekers.

In her role, Aryana collaborates with private-sector employers to address workforce needs and deliver customized talent solutions that support organizational growth and success. She is dedicated to expanding GTS' employer network and advancing Goodwill Houston's mission of changing lives through the power of work. Through her commitment to building lasting partnerships, Aryana helps create value for employers while fostering economic opportunity throughout the community.

Prior to joining Goodwill Houston, Aryana built a diverse career across biotechnology, analytics, and marketing, where she focused on identifying growth opportunities, evaluating market trends, and developing strategic initiatives to support business expansion. Her experience leveraging data and market intelligence to inform decision-making strengthened her ability to uncover opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and drive sustainable growth. Today, she applies that same strategic and consultative approach to workforce development, helping employers solve talent challenges and achieve their business objectives.

Aryana earned her Master of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University and her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas Tech University.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with her French Bulldog, Chief.

Roy Sambrano began his journey with the Goodwill Houston family in May 2010 as a temporary Service Coordinator. A graduate of Goodwill Houston's Veterans Program through the Career Center, Roy is a true example of the organization's mission in action.

Through his dedication, leadership, and commitment to serving others, he earned a permanent role later that year and remained in that position for six years.

In September 2016, Roy transitioned into the role of Manager of Talent Acquisition, where he oversaw Goodwill Talent Solutions (GTS), Talent Acquisition, and Volunteer Services. His leadership and innovative approach have been instrumental in the expansion of GTS.

Today, Roy serves as Director of the newly expanded Goodwill Talent Solutions (GTS), leading strategic workforce initiatives and talent solutions that connect employers with qualified candidates while creating meaningful employment opportunities across the community.

A proud United States Army Veteran, Roy served two combat tours and brings the values of service, teamwork, and perseverance to both his professional and personal life. He is known for living by his signature motto: "One team, one fight!".
