She is dedicated to expanding GTS' employer network and advancing Goodwill Houston's mission of changing lives through the power of work. Through her commitment to building lasting partnerships, Aryana helps create value for employers while fostering economic opportunity throughout the community.

Prior to joining Goodwill Houston, Aryana built a diverse career across biotechnology, analytics, and marketing, where she focused on identifying growth opportunities, evaluating market trends, and developing strategic initiatives to support business expansion. Her experience leveraging data and market intelligence to inform decision-making strengthened her ability to uncover opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and drive sustainable growth. Today, she applies that same strategic and consultative approach to workforce development, helping employers solve talent challenges and achieve their business objectives.

Aryana earned her Master of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University and her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas Tech University.
